There is two potential ways to order and receive reimbursement for the rental costs.
A school district contacts DoanNation to schedule equipment and delivery based on the student's needs. The school would include the rental costs in their year-end outdoor school report to receive reimbursement from Oregon State University's Outdoor School Program.
An outdoor school provider or site can schedule rental of equipment and include the costs with their invoice (as per the agreed contract) to the school.
